$84,490 - $110,981

Represents entry to senior level range. Placement based on qualifications and experience. SCHEDULE:

8 hours per day, Monday through Friday

260 day - work year

QUALIFICATIONS :

REQUIRED: (Qualifications which are essential to the position)Any combination of experience and education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline and four years of experience in business process, software development, application support, or a related fieldDemonstrated excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, while maintaining a positive attitude and a commitment to task accomplishmentStrong understanding of relational databases and experience using custom workflow and digital form toolsProgrammatic and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to digitally model complex workflows and data structuresAbility to elicit and understand business processes/requirements and translate to a digital solutionDemonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment to organize, set priorities, coordinate activities, and teach oneself new skillsAbility to work accurately and efficiently under pressure with frequent interruptions, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanorProven ability to lead process and/or systems design projects and implementationDemonstrated grit and persistence leading to the completion of challenging tasksFamiliarity with programming principlesProficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)Ability to overcome resistance to change, build consensus, and champion organizational change initiativesDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with the Laserfiche suite, including Forms, Workflow, and RepositoryExposure to PowerSchool and BusinessPlus applicationsPrior experience in K-12 education with an understanding of school district operationsSeveral successfully developed digital transformation projectsSPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

Pasco School District is looking for candidates who enjoy diverse challenges. The Information Systems department works across the organization to help streamline processes and solve complex problems. Every day will bring unique challenges. The Application Analyst's primary duty is to be the lead solution developer for the district's digital forms, workflow, and document management system: Laserfiche. The Analyst will have the opportunity to identify problems, work collaboratively with process owners and stakeholders to design, build, and implement solutions, and ultimately see their success. The Analyst will be part of, and regularly team with, a specialized Data Systems group inside the larger Information Systems department. Act as the primary solution developer for Laserfiche, the district's digital forms, workflow, and record management systemIn coordination with the Data Systems team and third-party software integrator, administer the Laserfiche environment, including installation, updating, configuring, testing, and maintaining system modulesIdentify opportunities for solving business problems, improving business processes, and increasing efficiencies through automationInterface with district staff and elicit system requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, use cases, task and workflow analysisUsing elicited requirements, propose digital solutions, diagramming processes as neededUse an iterative, customer-centric approach, to design, build and implement automation solutionsUse native Laserfiche report writing and analytics tools to design reports, allowing process owners to monitor workflow and task completionWork collaboratively with stakeholders to set governing policies and procedures for the district's electronic record repository (Laserfiche)Troubleshoot system and workflow problems, interfacing with district personnel and software vendor as necessaryConsult with users to maximize use of software capabilities in solving functional problems and improving business processesTroubleshoot workflow and forms issues and problems with the required sense of urgency, identify root cause, document corrective actions, escalate as needed, and recommend future preventive actionsMaintain an understanding of SharePoint and Teams administrative functions, provide backup to the primary application administratorUnderstand the capabilities and maintain basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 automation toolset (Forms, Power Apps and Power Automate) and recommend use when appropriatePerform other related duties as assigned
