Certification Details Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS, and NIH Job Details Mixed unit PCU, Med Surg/Tele and Med Surg Position / Specialty: FH - Central Staffing (Med Surg/Tele, Med Surg Neuro, Telemetry) Ratios: 4:1 (with the expectation that there are times we will need to be 5:1) Years of experience REQ: 2 years - Prefer PCU experience First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Yes – every other Is on-call REQ? Yes – as needed Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Floating within service line, floating between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park, & Wildwood facilities as needed.
