Technical Product Owner

Required Qualifications:•Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience•3+ years of Technical Product Management/Product Owner or equivalent experience•2+ years working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) methodology and system development life cycle concepts•2+ years of experience writing features/user stories, requirements, testing and collaborating with Development/Engineering teams•2+ years working knowledge of system development life cycle concepts and Agile methodology•Demonstrated success defining and launching products in an Agile environment•Experience translating business processes into analytical solutions•Experience using an Agile development platform such as TFS/Rally to manage development backlogs•Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously; strategic thinking with ability to build solid working relationships across organizational teams in a fast-paced and changing environment•Demonstrated ability to grasp technical processes quickly
Preferred Qualifications:•Agile/Scrum certification•Business Analysis experience•Experience in healthcare or health insurance•Proficiency and experience developing and optimizing Structured Query Language (SQL) to analyze and query data•Medical Management, Risk Adjustment and Clinical operations experience•Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in data pipeline development, reporting/analytics and web applications•Ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences•Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with non-technical and technical people inside and outside the organization•Detail oriented with critical thinking skills - ability to break down initiative-level requirements into feature and story attribute level details•Demonstrated project team leadership skills
