Job Description:

Strong technical experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) - CyberArk, SailPoint including understanding their capabilities and limitations and being able to architect and deliver solutionsCentralize identity and access governance in support of business, security, and regulatory requirementDevelop processes and automation to support account management activities, such as provisioning, de-provisioning, security alerts, logging, access certification, onboarding, and bulk account attribute configurationManage Authentication product and develop Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities and processesLeverage functionality provided by enterprise directory services including Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP, MFA, SSO, etc.Expertise and interest in staying current around new Identity and Access Management solutionsStrong understanding of Active DirectoryFacilitate / lead discussions (technical and executive) to understand business / technical requirements that result in decision making and drive decisions / alignment around deliverables.Deliver the hands-on solutions for the client in conjunction with on and offshore teamsArchitectural expertise around Identity and Access Management security solutionsHas a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, emerging trends, and related technologiesCreates and presents solution designs, options, ideas, and innovationsEstablishes project estimates and plans, identifies risks and mitigations, oversees development and delivery of technical solutionsAble to articulate pros & cons of design/architecture decision across a wide spectrum of factorsObtain baseline certifications, partner specializations, and advanced level industry-standard certifications within management-specified technology as well as utilize partner configuration tools; maintain and continually advance certificationsMaintain and enhance product and solution knowledge as a subject matter expert in defined, targeted fieldsMaintain knowledge of industry trends, new solutions, and competitive landscapeBasic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, MIS, or related discipline from an accredited college or university required. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

Requires a minimum of ten (10) years' IT experience.5+ years of relevant Engineering experience in SailPoint setup and administration preferred.5+ years of relevant CyberArk/Privileged Access Management setup and administration preferred.
