We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious student to join our Operations team for summer 2025! As the

Process Engineer Intern , you will be included in initiatives to optimize processes to produce Fruit and Vegetable Juices and Purees as well as Essences. You will be an integral part of our Operations and Supply Chain Team that convert raw fruits and vegetables to high-value components that our customers use to produce finished products in the Beverage, Ice Cream, Baking and Food markets. Your role will be:

Working with a team in a best-in-class environment regarding Employee Safety and Food Safety.Supporting Operations in receiving and processing fruits and vegetables.Participating in initiatives to optimize current production processes.Learning Lean Manufacturing Concepts and Principles and participate in implementation.Participating in 5S Initiatives.Learning and applying Value Stream Mapping principles.Assisting production teams to develop Key Performance Indicators and measure progress versus goals.Participating in Safety Committee events and contribute to process improvements.Being part of New Product and Commercialization initiatives.Your profile needs these qualifications:

Progress towards a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Systems, Manufacturing)Ability to work safely in Production and Operations environments.Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written technical communication skills, e.g. making presentations and writing technical data/reports.Working knowledge of basic computer software applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Reliable transportation required to get to and from facility each work dayYou'll need these skills to be successful:
