Confluence Financial Partners is currently seeking a Chief People Officer in the Pittsburgh market.The Chief People Officer serves Confluence associates by providing
feedback, support, and resources
to all members of the team. The Chief People Officer provides
feedback
by conducting regular performance reviews or coaching other leadership team members to provide feedback in a constructive manner. The Chief People Officer provides
support
to associates by administering the firm’s benefits program and ensuring its smooth implementation. The Chief People Officer provides
resources
to associates by conducting regular firm-wide training and sponsoring company events that foster the growth of individual associates.The Chief People Officer works closely with all firm leaders but must function in sync with the President, Accountant, and Chief Compliance Officer to implement the firm’s human resources program in a way that enhances the company’s culture.Finally, the Chief People Officer must be an embodiment of the firm’s Core Values:

Be Thankful .Responsibilities
Administer the firm’s benefits program for associatesImplement a firm-wide system to give constructive feedback to associatesWork with the firm’s accountant regarding the administration of associate payroll and benefitsProvide regular feedback to associates through performance reviewsOrganize the semi-annual offsite meetings in conjunction with other members of the leadership teamOrganize biannual employee social and team-building eventsSponsor regular fitness and health initiatives for all employeesTrain managers and directors on company policies and proper implementationOversee the development of all associates that supervise othersConduct regular revisions of the employee Culture GuideDraft and implement all the firm’s policies related to human resources and people managementFunction as a resource for employees when they have complaints or issuesAct as an impartial third-party in disputes between associates, working to mediate as necessaryManage employee schedules as neededWork closely with other members of the firm leadership team regarding the design of the organizational chartWrite job descriptions for firm’s positionsConsult with firm employment attorneys as neededOther duties as assignedQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related field required; Master’s degree preferredSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferredExcellent organizational skillsSuperior leadership abilitiesStrong familiarity with MS Office ApplicationsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in roles requiring people or human resource managementPrevious experience as a Chief People Officer or equivalent role preferredType:
