Caring for post-surgical pediatric patients.Working collaboratively in a family-centered environment.To qualify, you must have:

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.A minimum of 2 years of inpatient Boston Children's Hospital RN experience or 2 years of other pediatric inpatient experience.Post-surgical care experience (admissions and discharges) preferred.Mandell 3 is a 12 bed short-stay unit focusing on post-surgical patients requiring at least an overnight stay. Shifts available: 12 hour day/night rotating. Some Saturdays required.
