Pay Range: $55 - $62/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Key Skills; SQL background - writing queries and tables - experience with joins and select queriesETL tools: Informatica/SnapLogicData analysis skillsProven ability in a data analysis role (minimum 3-5 years experience)Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a solid grasp of the organizational structure supporting implementation and ongoing projectsData Exchange knowledge and analysis skills to lead, execute, or assist on all assigned work throughout the project; examples of projects: implementation of a new client or Corporate ActionsDefined Benefits knowledge requiredExcellent analysis skills, preferably data analysis skills, are requiredSolid experience with query languages such as SQLExperience with ETL Tools (i.e. Informatica), Snaplogic is a plusShould have proven general experience programming languages and relational databasesExcellent oral and written communication skillsWork optimally as a team memberDemonstrate solid leadership skills; are highly organized, self-motivated with strong time management skills and an ability to handle various tasks simultaneouslyAbility to thrive in a matrix-managed environment across multiple locations and functionsBroad application/technology experience is a plus
