Charting System: CernerAccept first-time travelerMay float to Med Surg to take a patient assignment (ratio 1:5 days & 1:6 nights)Hospital Beds: 64Patient Ratios: 1:3 – acuity basedBeds: Mixed acuity unit - 9 ICU beds available, mixed ICU and Med Surg levelPatient Types: Vents, Sepsis, PNA, DKA, Detox, CHF, COPD exacerbation, Surgical complications: Total Joints (knees, hips, etc.), General Surgical, Appendicitis, Colectomies, Small Bowel Resection, Urology (Turps, Cystos)Skills required: Chest tubes, traches, drains, wound vacs, IVs, PCAs, Epidurals (rare), CVP, A-Line care/blood draws, Insulin gtts, Cardiac gtts, Nursing must read and interpret strips for ICU and MSUUnits: ICUEpic Travel Staffing:Day 1 health insurance coverage and comprehensive benefits options401(k) matching programWeekly direct depositConcierge state licensing program for RN and other healthcare modalities in multiple states, including CAIndustry leading allowances and reimbursementsReferral program with cash bonuses and additional perksExclusive job openings - Only at EpicEpic Elite Program - Priority status at top facilities and exclusive loyalty bonusesPlease note that all pay rates are estimates.
