We are currently seeking a SAP AMS Delivery Manager - HYBRID to join our team in Spring, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Day to Day job Duties: Overall delivery ownership for SAP AMS Build & Run engagementsSingle point of contract for Orion management for SAP AMS Build & Run engagements Managing escalations & customer communications Support team Performance - Monitor SLAs and deliverables and coordinate with Orion/internal NTT teams to ensure ongoing successful delivery Manage Delivery from Onsite & offshore SAP AMS team Share weekly status reports with Orion Conduct governance meetings with Orion & present metrics Support Orion in new initiatives/projects/proposals - Act as SPOC and pull in NTT internal teams as needed Ensure that support roster is documented and circulated at regular frequency Monitor support processes and suggest/implement improvements as needed Basic Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of working as an SAP Delivery experience Minimum 3 years of project management experience Minimum 3 years of experience managing deliveries in onshore/offshore model Minimum 3 years of client handling experience in management role Degree: Bachelor's in computer science or related field Nice to Have; (But not a must) ITIL knowledge is strongly recommended.
