Job Description Job Description 3 months contract with strong possibility of extension Rate: $60-70/hour on W2 DOE Hybrid role: 3-4 days in a week office Summary: This is a TechLead level role role responsible for helping with technical direction. This individual must be able to define best practices for complex solutions and develop migration of existing on-premise applications to cloud native architectures. This individual must also have strong consultative and communication skills. Candidate should have deep experience on projects with complex designs / architectures and interfaces especially with azure cloud Azure cloud native, services, docker/containers, scalability in every aspect of the system, performance optimization, scalability, problem solving etc. Qualifications: 12-20 years working in software development on a variety of projects Strong experience in Cloud methodologies Strong interpersonal and consultative skills Experience: Significant experience in design and development roles Strong background in Azure DevOps including: CI/CD pipeline architecture/creation, working with ADO/Terraform, best deployment practices, and microservices. Significant experience with transformations from traditional operational methodologies to Cloud environments Strong hands-on experience with modern application architecture skills and designing solutions in and migrations to cloud-native environment including containers, Azure services, microservices, Kubernetes etc. Experience with Agile development practices Strong hands-on C#/.Net/.Net core software development background in an enterprise environment Previous experience creating proof of concepts from scratch based on requirements/application infrastructure to propose, create, and implement solutions Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving ability and strong Application performance insights/skills Experience in working/leading onsite/offsite team, and some task planning activities. Experience and practical use of Agile/Scrum practices and tools.
