Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Our team is looking for a shipping and receiving clerk, with warehouse experience, to accept and process deliveries. The clerk's main responsibilities include verifying TL, LTL, and parcel deliveries, signing for deliveries, verifying the accuracy of delivered freight through counting and other means, systematically receipting freight using SAP's warehouse management system.
To be successful as a receiving clerk you need to be able to inspect deliveries with great attention to detail. The ideal clerk's computer literacy includes proficiency in various computer programs such as the MS Office suite or WMS. clerks must have a team mindset, show initiative and willingness to learn, and use critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
2nd shift - 3pm to 1130pm
Pay - $16.25/hour

Use of WMS for verifying the accuracy of shipments, receipting, and inventory management.Inspection of delivered freight to ensure physically received material matches shipment and delivery details.Identifying damaged, missing, or discrepant deliveriesProcess returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory materialsProduce and maintain accurate records of orders, delivery details, etc
