Job Description:

Experienced in SAP BASIS technical lead with experience in S4 HANA, Azure, BO Administration, SolMan Administration in Finance domain, will serve as an influential intermediary between IT and Business stakeholders and offshore Development team.The responsibilities of technical lead include as given below:

SAP BASIS Administration.SAP S$ Hana administration, migration, upgrades, near zero downtime migrations.SAP Solution Manager Administration/ configuration.SAP Hana DBA, SAP Hana performance issues/troubleshooting.SAP security roles/ maintenance.SAP Fiori maintenance, upgrade.SAP Kernel patches/ support packs and enhancement package upgrades.Azure and AWS clouds, building VM, Hana DB in cloud environment, upscaling existing DB to a higher size.SAP single sign configuration from on-prem to cloud and vice versa.SAP Hana DB table partitioning, BW table re-distribution.SAP Hana replication and configuring DR.External tools like Qlik for SAP data replication to ADLS and SQL DB.SAP Hana DB restore/recovery and post steps.SAP Enterprise portal, GTS, sol-man, BW, PI, CRM and administration.SAP Business Objects Administration / SAP promotion management.Qualifications:

8+ year of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.Strong knowledge in Azure, SAP Security, Fiori.Good experience in Qlik, SolMan.Strong in DBA skills.Previous Experience with Cloud (Azure) environment setup and understanding of AKS.5+ year of software version management, Git repository, Kubernetes or CI/CD pipeline experience.High written and oral communication skills.Sound problem solving and analytical skills.Good Attitude towards learning.Documentation Skills.Exposure to Finance or Insurance domain.Knowledge of business and technology practices and trends.Ability to gather and analyze information and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, adaptable and flexible.Good interpersonal / relationship management skills, able to foster working relationships within the team, across IT and with business colleagues.Exposure to Azure DevOps (preferred), Rally or similar Agile backlog management tools.Strong passion for technology.Knowledge and application of various software development life-cycles and techniques (e.g., traditional, iterative, agile).Ability to handle end to end implementation.
