ITIL SCCM Support Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL onsite Contract Role Description: You have at least 5 years experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator You demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting Laptop/Desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office)?
