- Looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide general support to executives.

- Manage calendar for exec team.

- Plan meetings and take notes.

- Maintain files as necessary.

- Book travel and other logistical arrangements.

**Qualifications**

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

- Good writing skills.

- Professional presence.

- Must have a High School Diploma.

- 1+ year administrative experience.
