Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced, self-driven Data Analytics/Business Intelligence senior analyst, well versed in business intelligence reporting, statistical analytics, relational databases, SQL, and data analysis. As a member of a team with broad business impact, you are an effective collaborator able to work with a wide array of business partners and colleagues to provide support for various business units in Investor Services that include Client Services & Support and Retail Experience & Specialized Relationships. You can think strategically and act tactically by delivering effective data visualization and analytics, user-driven analysis capabilities, all geared toward driving action and business growth and client retention. What you are good at: Identifies data sources, ensures enterprise standardization of new data Create analytical models, such as customer segmentation, experience impact analysis, and test and control designs to evaluate business decisions and opportunities Lead efforts in providing business performance visibility leveraging highly scalable, modern business intelligence platforms to drive business results Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to gather requirements, hypotheses, identify success metrics, and determine feasibility of analyses in current and future states. Manages the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) of the data from data requirements thru data delivery and maintenance Develop subject matter expertise around key Client systems & domains Collaborate with internal DAI partners to deliver best-in-class and holistic solutions Build strong partnerships with business partners to align, prioritize, and integrate our efforts Work closely with business partners and the team to ensure optimal project scoping and prioritization while balancing business Additional Job Details: 8 years of Business Intelligence and/or Data Analytics 5 years SQL structured programming, ad hoc queries, and data analysis development using Superior analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail Must be able to translate business requirements into SQL "from scratch" without the assistance of a code generating tool and able to understand existing complex SQL Experience leveraging and reconciling data across multiple source systems. Experience with clickstream data and web analytics platforms (e.g.: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) strongly preferred, a plus. Experience with A/B Testing, a plus. Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards using Tableau. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop concise and effective presentations tailored to specific audiences Strong relationship building and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams Comfort in a dynamic, fast-moving, Agile, and matrix work environment Financial Services experience preferred but not required Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or another related field. Advanced SQL, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics skillsets
