Position Overview:

The Program Coordinator will have direct responsibility for managing and coordinating various programs, projects, and events. This role involves creating and implementing administrative systems to efficiently manage the area of responsibility. The Program Coordinator will serve as the main source of information, effectively responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, and academic collaborators. The successful candidate will prepare and maintain records, reports, budgets, and plans while potentially managing program-related web pages or materials.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage programs, projects, and events from inception to completion.Create and implement administrative systems to streamline operations within the area of responsibility.Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from customers, participants, and academic collaborators.Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, budgets, and operational plans.Develop and maintain program materials, including managing a web page or website.Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.Track progress and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.Provide excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with various stakeholders.Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in program or project coordination.Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and track work.Basic proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Skills:

Experience in event planning and execution.Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.Ability to create and manage content for web pages or websites.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
