Senior Software Developer (.Net)

On Cue Hire has an immediate need for a Senior Software Developer for a full-time, salaried, onsite position in Boca Raton, FL with a growing company. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable web applications and internal systems using .NET Core 6.0, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and RESTful services. Lead the design and implementation of solutions using strong architecture and design principles. Utilize object-oriented programming (OOP) to build secure and efficient applications. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software, adding new features to existing systems, including customer-facing websites and CMS platforms. Modify and enhance existing applications while ensuring performance optimization. Address production issues and provide ongoing support for delivered solutions. Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and promote innovative technical solutions. Follow secure coding best practices and ensure compliance with security standards. Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from documentation to testing and delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 7 years of web-based application development experience. Expertise in .NET Framework 4.x and above, .NET Core 6.0 or higher, ASP.NET/C#, MVC, Web Services/WCF/REST, JavaScript/JQuery/Ajax, SQL/T-SQL, and HTML5/CSS3. Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design (OOP) and secure coding practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio and TFS. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and mobile development preferred. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
