Worcester, MA - Spectrum's Corporate Offices. Relocating to Westboro by late 2024.Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pmSalary:
$55,000-$62,000. Those with extensive experience may earn higher salary.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Database Design
Report writing experience preferably Crystal Reports
3+ years of SQL experience a plus
Highly functioning analytical and problem-solving skills
Successfully ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Experience with EMR data and applications a plus
Flexible work schedule to ensure dates and deliverables are preserved
Experience in data visualization such as PowerBI
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
Useful to have advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Power Query
Must provide proof of COVID vaccination or, as an alternative, appropriate documentation that will support either a medical or religious exemption.
The
Business Intelligence Developer
is responsible for:
Researching, reviewing, and analyzing the new report procedures and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
Developing routines and procedures for end-users to facilitate best practices use of reporting tools and applications.
Working closely with internal clinical, administrative, and financial stakeholders within Spectrum.
Playing a key role in the transformation of vast amounts of clinical data into meaningful information that provides key actionable insights.
Assisting in the development of the PowerBI Dashboards and reports. Using various data sources.
Communicating reporting changes, enhancements, and modifications - verbally or through written documentation - to management and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood.
Meeting with Business Unit decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define reporting requirements and goals.
Working with external vendors and IT Team to coordinate the creation and management of reporting structures and to understand the various database schema.
Using Crystal Reports against an Intersystem's Cache database supporting the myAvatar electronic health record application from Netsmart, Inc.
Assisting with set-up and maintenance of the EHR business logic and associated dictionaries.
Using the implementation of reporting development methodology to stay consistent with oversight and coordination of technical changes via the change management process
Coordinating and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new processes, and other post-implementation support.
Tracking, updating and maintaining projects/requests using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Assisting System Administrator with maintaining state data interchange.
