- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.- Perform and assist in procedures, ensuring the highest standard of care.- Utilize Epic electronic medical records system for documentation and patient care coordination.- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.- Ensure compliance with protocols and guidelines related to patient safety and infection control.- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, families, and team members.- Adapt to changing situations and be willing to float to different units if required.- Maintain professionalism and adhere to the dress code.- Complete all required orientation and training prior to starting.
