Job Description: Our Tech Advisory consultants consistently re-invent their skills by staying on top of IT industry and business trends and by actively engaging with dozens of actual client IT environments each year. Our teams are small, which means every member is responsible for delivering insight, recommendations, and team leadership as part of their role. The Tech Advisory NetSuite Solution Architect- Manager/Senior Manager is responsible for the implementation of NetSuite Cloud ERP. You will work within a project team and will be responsible for managing clients in mostly a post-sale environment. This position will assess client needs, develop solutions, and implement them to the client's satisfaction. Our Consultants must have a passion for helping clients. Managing success against typical project constraints is a requirement of the job. Responsibilities: Lead project teams through the overall implementation processes by providing consistent and thorough feedback Mentor and supervise staff/interns, provide feedback, conduct training with other team members, distribute and oversee the work of others assigned to the team Identify and document business requirements as per the Statement of Work Prioritize customer success and project scope Develop functional and process design and prototyping- functional and technical Build, develop, and test scripted solutions Develop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycle Develop training plans and deliver across all functional departments Transition customer after going live to account management and support LI-SAW LI-Priority LI-Remote Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Must have at least 5 years of Consulting experience with NetSuite Cloud ERP and cloud enterprise platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Sage Intacct, or Workday Strong background in inventory management, WMS, retail, online processing, shipping, manufacturing, wholesale companies Strong understanding of the Sales and Accounting/ Finance process from Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, at minimum. Build-to-Order, desired, but not required Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills (MS Visio and MS PowerPoint proficient) Strong organization and problem-solving skills Experience working with culturally diverse teams Seasoned industry experience in wholesale distribution, manufacturing, services, fintech, or retail preferred Exceptional organization and multitasking skills Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and take initiative on projects NetSuite Certified Professional desired, but not required Techno-Functional experience is desired, but not required Hybrid or Remote work arrangement Ability to travel up to 50% We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
