Applications Analyst/Technical Writer Summary : Improve or author support documentation for current production apps based on Java, .Net, Coldfusion, DataStage, etc. Create or update architecture diagrams (e.g. LTA), data flow diagrams, disaster recovery plans, system support guide, etc. Provide technical recommendation on simplifying/rationalizing the application landscape by reducing the different types of technologies leveraged. Assist Cat Built Solution Lead in PROcure transformation program by helping document the as-is processes, functional requirements for existing, new or changes to capabilities, etc. Assist Support team lead in resolution of critical incidents, coordinate team response and provide technical leadership, if needed.
