Required Skills : Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science / similar technical subject area and or equivalent experience 5 years of hands-on software development experience in a service-oriented environment using Java technologies. Knowledge of Appian standard processes and design principles. Participates in design, code, and test inspections throughout the life cycle to identify issues. Explains technical considerations at related meetings, including those with internal clients. Performs systems analysis activities. Experience with Git based version control. Experience with Record-Centric design. Technical proficiency with Relational databases. Appian Level 2 Credential is preferred. Experience writing automated test cases using Fitnesse. Experience with building Custom Smart Service Plugins is a plus. Experience with: Git, Java, Jenkins, Docker Ability to communicate successfully to the tech lead, team members and the squad/ chapter lead Should possess an open approach, help team grow and a quick learner in case of new technologies Ability to work in an agile environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong Interpersonal Communications skill.
