Job Overview We have a newly created opportunity for a Senior Technical Analyst - AEM/Adobe Commerce to join our corporate IT team. This role is working onsite and can be based at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL (near O'Hare).Fully remote work or alternative work locations will not be considered. As a Senior Technical Analyst specializing in Adobe Digital Experience (DX) Platforms, you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing packaged applications within our digital experience platforms. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and architects to gather requirements, implement configurations, and optimize the functionality of digital experience solutions to meet business needs. Key Job Responsibilities Configure and administer packaged applications within Adobe Commerce platform to support business requirements and objectives. Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements for digital experience solutions. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configuration settings. Customize and extend packaged applications to meet unique business needs, using configuration tools. Perform system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure the accuracy and functionality of digital experience solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and errors related to platform configuration and administration. Document configuration changes, technical specifications, and system configurations for reference and future maintenance. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on platform configuration and administration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver integrated and scalable digital experience solutions. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital experience platforms, configuration tools, and administration techniques. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology, information science or a related field 5 years of experience in technical analysis, configuration, and administration of digital experience platforms and packaged applications. Strong skills in PHP, Magento Architecture and customization, JavaScript, MySQL and database management, API integration (REST and GraphQL), GIT, Docker Solid understanding of digital experience platforms, including content management systems (CMS), ecommerce platforms and marketing platforms. Experience with configuration tools and scripting languages used for customizing and extending Adobe suite of products (AEM, Adobe Commerce, Marketo etc.,). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
