MUOS Network Integration SpecialistJob Number: 352215Category: Network AdministrationDescription: Job Title: MUOS Network Integration SpecialistPay Rate: Up to $52.13/hr DOELocation: Scottsdale, AZZip Code: 85257Start Date: Right AwayJob Type: ContractKeywords: #networkintegration #scottsdalejobs #nowhiring***U.S. Citizenship required***JOB RESPONSIBILITES:* Supporting the integration of multiple network devices* Operating System configuration and patching, and troubleshooting of network issues.* Potential network devices include servers (Linux/Windows), firewalls, routers, switches, etc. In addition, scripting (Bash/PhP/Pyton) could be part of the role as well as cyber hardening, virtualization, and Java development.* Operating Systems and patching* Application installationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Must be a US Citizen* Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire OR* Must have the ability to obtain Secret Clearance* Bachelor's degree in a specialized area; or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.* Basic understanding of Linux/Windows severs* Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues* Documentation writing skills* Operating Systems and patching experience* Application installations experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Exposure to COTS network firewalls, switches, routers, etc.* Experience with Linux Scripting (Bash/PHP/Python)* Experience with Java software development* Exposure to Virtualization (Nutanix, VMWare, etc.)* Integration test experienceIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
