Tibco Developer

This is a 24 months contract with a menufacturing company in Tempa FL. Hybird role: 2 days in officde 3 days remote. Client can allow some remote work for 1-2 months but candidate must relocation Tempa FL within 1-2 months for hybrid work. Visa: Only H1B only /H4-EAD if the spuse is located near FL. This role is with a client in the manufacturing industry, and will include new development, maintenance development and production support. Hybrid BW environment: Currently running Tibco BW5 and all new development is being done in BW6. Must have strong BW5 and any BW6 exp is highly preferred. This is a Tibco Integration Developer role with java back ground. Must have Tibco integration exp as well. Requirements: Required experience with Agile SDLC (Waterfall methodology experience is a plus). 5 years of experience with multi-system, enterprise level software development for TIBCO, BM/Oracle CPQ, Oracle JDE 5 years of experience with Java/J2EE experience such as core Java, Spring MVC, Struts and Java Message Service (JMS) Hands on experience in RESTful, JSON, XML, XSLT, SOAP web services. Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripts. Be proficient to develop and modify code in Java (extensively using Tibco and Oracle CRM) Ability to plan tasks and track progress against an integrated team project plan (JIRA and Confluence) Sound business judgment and the ability to escalate critical matters to management promptly Ability to identify potential risks, impacts, and software dependencies BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent; related work experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
