**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Shift:** 8-hour days, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch (No call required, no weekends)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week
**Experience:** Oncology experience preferred
**License:** Active AK license
**Certifications:** BLS
**Must-Have:** Oncology experience
**Job Description:**
- Work in the outpatient clinic setting.- Utilize equipment such as eClinical Works and Meditech for computerized charting and medication systems.- Collaborate with a team; employee will always have colleagues present in the office.- Handle a nurse-to-patient ratio that provides care for 6-12 patients per day in an outpatient setting.- Avoid floating to other units/departments.- Dress code: scrubs, color of choice.- Participate in a focused EMR training with 1:1 mentorship with clinic RN and Advanced Practice Providers.- Engage in a new employee orientation specific to the organization.
