THE POSITION We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator that is the link between our brand and the PolarPro community. This individual has their finger on the pulse of social media across all existing and emerging platforms and has an understanding of how to tap into and grow a community of brand evangelists. They're creative, engaging, energetic and full of ideas to continue growing engagement across platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES Management of all existing and emerging social media platforms for PolarPro (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, LinkedIn and on and on) Daily community management and coordination with the CS team on conflict resolution Creating a unified voice and tone for the brand's social media, while catering messaging and content strat to each platform Prioritization of assorted platforms and educating brand stakeholders on importance of them to reach business goals Copywriter for all social media channels, bonus if that copy can translate across all marketing comms Facilitation of influencer inquiries and light relationship management with an existing roster of creators Development of content strategy, bonus points for ability to create social-specific copy Working cross-functionally with Creative, Performance Marketing, Web and Product teams to ensure content strategy aligns with performance, brand goals and product details Identification of social media KPIs and reporting to internal stakeholders Take our social media presence from industry-leading to platform-defining QUALIFICATIONS 3 years of experience in social media community management, either with a brand or agency Experience in Instagram, YouTube, TikTok primarily and with audience sizes in the hundreds of thousands to millions Experience with native and third party platform analytics and how to use them to inform strategy Comfort in communicating and coordinating with macro influencers / celebrities Development of per channel social strategies built to engage assorted audience demographics and grow following and engagement in equal share Exceptional attention to detail, no spelling error or creative quirks sneak by your all-seeing eyes Empathetic, consumer-first mindset - you are the champion of our community and fight for their interests internally at PolarPro
