SAP S4 IT Project Manager Supply Chain Operations

Job Description The SAP S4 IT Project Manager - SCOPs will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing SAP S4 projects related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S4 modules (Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Sourcing and Procurement, Ariba, IBP) strong project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following: Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Execution: Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Leadership: Lead the implementation of SAP S4 projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment for Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations. Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans. Budget Management: Manage project budget, track project costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress. Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to SAP S4 systems supporting Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations. Qualifications: Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience. Required Experience: 5 years of recent SAP IT Project Management experience with demonstrated logical and analytical problem-solving skills; rigorous approach to project management to deliver enterprise-level projects Proficiency in SAP S4 modules related to Supply Chain (e.g., MM, SD) and Manufacturing (e.g., PP, QM), SAP configuration, and integration with other SAP modules with a proven track record of success 5 years of data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements Experience working with test plans and test cases. Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) Proficiency with MS Project Proficiency with MS Visio Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills; must partner and collaborate effectively with all levels of management and team members Must demonstrate effective leadership, problem solving, presentation, and employee motivational skills Preferred: Strong infrastructure background or System Analyst background - technical concepts and details.
