Data Reporting Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a contract for hire data analyst with a client located in Dallas, Texas. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented data analyst to support our team in creating and delivering reports to the management team. This individual will assist with ramping up report generation processes, utilizing Oracle Cloud reporting tools and various business intelligence platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visualizations, data modeling, and delivering meaningful insights to business teams. Pay/Salary Range: 35hr to 45 hr Data analyst job responsibilities include: Support team members in report generation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to management. Design and build reports using Oracle Cloud reporting tools, including BIP and OTBI. Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings. Work with SQL and PL/SQL to extract, manipulate, and present data from various systems. Utilize Power BI and Tableau for reporting and visualization purposes. Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs and translate those requirements into effective data models and reports. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports. Engage with stakeholders, end users, and customers to understand business needs and provide solutions. QUALIFICATIONS: Mid-level experience in report generation and data delivery to business teams. Proficiency in Oracle Cloud reporting tools (BIP, OTBI). Strong background in creating dashboards and reports. Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for visualization and reporting. Strong data modeling skills and the ability to build robust backgrounds behind visualizations. Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce/CRM reporting tools is a plus. Previous experience in the higher education sector is an advantage but not required.
