SAP Data Lead

Job Title: SAP Data Lead Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid- 3 days Onsite) Required Skills: Informatica, SAP ECC/ERP/R3, Snowflake, IICS, SAP HANA SDI, SAP HANA SDQ, ETL, SAP IDOC, SAP App Integration with BAPI Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience to oversee and manage our technical projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP HANA SDQ, SAP HANA SDI, Snowflake, SAP ECC/ERP/R3, SAP IDOC, SAP App Integration with BAPI, ETL, IICS, and Informatica. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive project success and ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical expertise in SAP HANA SDQ, SAP HANA SDI, Snowflake, SAP ECC/ERP/R3, SAP IDOC, SAP App Integration with BAPI, ETL, IICS, and Informatica. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technical solutions. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all project activities Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs. Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Provide training and support to team members on technical tools and methodologies. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project team. Qualifications Possess a strong background in SAP HANA SDQ, SAP HANA SDI, Snowflake, SAP ECC/ERP/R3, SAP IDOC, SAP App Integration with BAPI, ETL, IICS, and Informatica. Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Show proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects. Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have a proactive and results-oriented approach to project management.
