Travel Nurse RN - CVOR - $2,246 per week

Certification Details MUST have NBSTSA CSFA certification AHA BLS required AHA Only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable Required for various units (list of units provided in original data). Not Required for: CVOR, OR, Pediatric OR, Ambulatory Care and Behavioral Health New/Ext Candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days of start MUST renew their certification prior to start Job Details Monday- Friday 80 hours per pay period. Weekday and Weekend on-call and holiday on-call will be discussed during interview. Float to Main OR if no CVOR cases are scheduled. Job Requirements Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience. Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR CSFA experience prior to travel Must have vein harvesting experience Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment. Candidate must complete additional credentialing through the facility directly prior to start in order to obtain privileges to work.
