Senior Product Data Analyst User Rewards

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Fetch Rewards, LLC seeks multiple Senior Product Data Analysts - User Rewards based in Madison, Wisconsin. Multiple openings available. The job duties for this position include: - Drive actionable insights from product usage and other relevant data to measure success of experiments, diagnosis of issues, and understanding of general consumer behavior. - Create SQL/Python programming modules for custom insights required by our Product Teams. - Explore Fetch's data assets to find data quality issues; report and fix data quality issues to provide more accurate and reliable reporting. - Leverage statistical analysis to understand and help educate product leads on the results of their feature releases and experiments. - Collaborate closely with all areas of the business (Product, Marketing, Sales) to provide scalable reports, dashboards, and visualizations. - Gather business requirements to help product teams establish the appropriate data schemas/lakes/marts for analytics purposes. - Work with our data teams to ensure data models and analytical queries are performant. - Drive data-related requests forward by communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders on cross-functional teams. - Create analytical solutions that help Fetch teams leverage and monetize actionable insights from our unique data and influence technical direction. - Partner with product, operations, and engineering teams to guide decision-making and inform improvements to the app and internal processes. - Deliver presentations to high level business stakeholders that tell cohesive, logical stories using data and visualizations. - Search for and uncover insights in our large repository of raw data and provide tactical guidance on how to act on findings. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirements: Master's Degree, or its equivalent, in Analytics, Data Science, Applied Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related technical field and two years of experience developing and deploying analytical solutions; two years of experience presenting insights to stakeholders using Tableau, Grafana, PowerPoint, Excel, or other data visualization tools; and two years of experience using SQL or Python to derive insights.
