A day in the life. As our Salesforce Development Lead on the Salesforce team, youll work closely with architects, project managers, product owners, developers, and Salesforce administrators as well as external vendors and consulting partners. Youll perform technical analyses, design, configure, develop, test, and support Salesforce customizations and integrations leveraging Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange products. You will design and document the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for Salesforce customizations. As the Salesforce Developmental Lead you will serve as a technical lead and mentor for the rest of the Salesforce development team, as well as a proponent of process and practice improvement within the team. Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: 7 years of Salesforce development, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce Certification(s) Proven ability to lead and mentor Salesforce developers Familiarity integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems via web services and APIs. Ability to develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning Web Components Knowledge and experience with Flosum or similar tools These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Insurance industry, agency or brokerage experience preferred Knowledge and experience with Pardot We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
