Scrum of Scrum Masters/RTE

Job Title: Scrum of Scrums Master / RTE Location: Minneapolis, MN (On-site 3 days a week) Type: Full-time US Citizen or Green Card Only Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Scrum of Scrums Master / Release Train Engineer (RTE) to oversee 15 scrum masters in an RSP/ALIP environment. You will facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, manage Agile Release Trains, and drive collaboration across teams to ensure seamless delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt, and other key program events. Drive readiness and execution of Program Increment planning and sync ceremonies. Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams. Track and report Agile Release Train performance, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Test Leads to maintain high technical standards. Provide weekly progress updates to management, highlighting successes, risks, and resolutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives at the program level. Qualifications: 4 years in Agile environments, with at least 2 years in a SAFe framework. Experience as a Scrum Master, RTE, or Program Manager. Strong facilitation skills for large-scale Agile ceremonies. Knowledge of Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or AzureDevOps. SAFe certification (SA, RTE, or SPC) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required. Experience in financial services or life/annuities is a plus.
