**Job Title:** Staff Registered Nurse (RN)
**Job Specialty:** Dialysis Nurse, Dialysis Chronic
**Job Duration:** 13 Weeks
**Shift:** 10-13 hour shifts, AM or PM available
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
**License:** Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the State Board of Nursing or Compact Nurse license
**Certifications:** Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card with the American Heart Association
**Must-Have:** Active state nursing license and previous dialysis experience. Prior experience in acute or ambulatory nursing preferred.
**Job Description:**- Oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients- Provide education to patients and supervise Dialysis Technicians- Adjust treatment plans per standing orders- Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications- Participate in quality improvement projects- Collaborate with the patient care team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists- Flexibility to work any shift schedule depending on staffing needs
**Additional Information:**Bilingual skills are not required, and holiday coverage is not mandatory.
