Job title: SQL Developer Location: Houston, TX onsite Hybrid model Duration: Long term contract Only on w2 Office Schedule: Houston, TX (Must Be Already Located In Houston When Submittng) Interview Process: 1 onsite interview (HOUSTON) Must have: Strong Transact SQL Skills (MS SQL Server) Knowledge of Microsoft's SQL Server Cardinality Estimator changes (Specifically: 2012 vs 2019) Reason for Opening: They moved from SQL 2012 to SQL 2019 because MS isn't going to be supporting 2012 by EOY. They have 1000 databases/objects migrated but a lot of the coding didn't perform so they had to flip the server to put it in compatibility mode to work with SQL 2012. This person will go through the coding and identify paint points and fix it to be operating on SQL 2019.
