TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Rehab RN in Windsor, Vermont, 05089 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Rehabilitation - Med/Surg Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days, 12 hours Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg Rehab experience required. Previous travel experience of at least 3 months required. Charge RN experience required. BSN preferred. License: RN License Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Willingness to float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg - Ability to work every other weekend and holidays if needed - Must have own vehicle due to lack of public transport in the area - Willingness to work two of the following: Thanksgiving and weekend after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after, New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day and weekend after Job Description: - Coordinate total nursing care for patients. - Participate in patient and family teaching. - Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. - May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse. - Use of Electronic Medical Records system: Cerner. - Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1 to 4/5. - Average daily patient census: 22. - Must be flexible with schedule as block scheduling is not considered. - Request for time off during course of the assignment must be noted and verified prior to assignment start.
