driving experience is a plus , but not mandatoryWe offer career growth

such as moving into Lead Driver, Dispatch, or Operations Manager roles, DOT certification, and professional development and training.Benefits & Scheduling:
$19.50 - $21.50 / hour
(paid biweekly)10-hour shifts are typical4-5-day workweek (40 hours)
is typicalSchedule includes one
weekend
day (Saturday or Sunday) - Drivers may work both weekend days if preferred.(Optional rotating every other weekend off schedule available)A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute
breaks
during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal breakPaid Time Off

Successfully handle and
deliver
packages
on timeSafely
drive and perform safety
inspections
on Company vehicleFollow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policiesProvide
excellent customer service
and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditionsKeep pace
in
physically demanding
job; work in all
weather
conditions and on various routes;
lift
packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locationsCommunicate effectively
with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completedUse
smart phone device
for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team membersLoad and unload packages in delivery vehicleSupport the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routesRequirements:
Must be
at least 21 years oldMust hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's licenseAuthorized to work in the United StatesMust pass a
4-Panel Drug Screening
(which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)Must have a
clean motor vehicle report
(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /
communication
