Travel Nurse RN - Dialysis in Tuscaloosa, AL

**License:** Must have state or compact license in hand at time of submission

**Certifications:** BCLS required; ACLS, CCRN, CDN, CNNS preferred

**Must-Have:**- Experience with Phoenix Machine- EMR experience (Meditech Expanse training provided during orientation)- Pass cardiac exam during orientation- Charge Nurse experience preferred- Telemetry skills preferred- Must bring personal stethoscope to work

**Job Description:**- Work in Acute Hemodialysis unit and provide care bedside- Responsibilities include both unit management and bedside care- Participate in bedside Peritoneal Dialysis via cycler- On-call responsibilities include one weekday (every 1-2 weeks) with the following day off, and a 12-hour call on Sundays approximately every 4 weeks- Required to work every other weekend- Train on special equipment, including the Phoenix machine, if needed- Participate in a strict attendance policy- Complete virtual modules prior to arrival for orientation- Pass a dysrhythmia test during orientation (3 attempts provided)- Submit International Education verification if applicable (time-sensitive process)

**Additional Information:**- Day shift, 4x12-hour schedule- Work every other Saturday- Orientation includes 16 non-billable hours- Flu vaccine required, with medical/religious exemptions only
