We are pleased to announce that we are accepting applicants to fill multiple contingent positions to support the Radar System Test and Analysis Contract (RSTAC) that is planned to be awarded within the next 6 months. The RSTAC effort will directly support the Missile Defense Agency Ground Sensors Test Division (MDA/SNT), located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The mission of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is to develop and deploy a layered Missile Defense System to defend the United States, its deployed forces, allies, and friends from missile attacks in all phases of flight. The Ground Sensors Directorate (SN) mission is to develop, test, acquire, deploy, and sustain Missile Defense System radars. The RSTAC program will have the responsibility in ground and flight test sensor system test planning, provisioning, execution, analysis, and infrastructure. The RSTAC program is responsible for test and analysis activities for the following radar systems: the Army Navy/Transportable Radar Surveillance and Control Model 2 (AN/TPY-2), the Sea-Based X-band (SBX) radar, the Cobra Dane radar, and the Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWRs). Any candidates with recent test planning, execution, or analysis experience with any of the above radars would be highly desired. The RSTAC program is a successor to the previous programs called the Radar Support Services (RSS) and Radar Test Contract (RTC) which were responsible for similar activities. Any applicants with in-depth experience with these incumbent contracts would be desirable. Ground Test and Flight Test support include executing the Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP) defined system tests planning and integration, execution, and analysis of formal ground tests. The MDA executes the Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP)-defined ground test events at HWIL facilities, distributed radar sites, and flight test specific locations. Ground Test venues include, but are not limited to, formal integrated ground test (GTI), distributed ground tests (GTD), Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI) events, Flight Test System Pre-Mission Tests (SPMTs), and pairwise element level testing with other Missile Defense System Elements. The HWIL equipment utilized in testing currently consists of multiple test strings, all located at the Advanced Research Center (ARC) in Huntsville, Alabama. Flight Test includes activities across all test phases, including planning and requirements, readiness, execution, and analysis and reporting. Flight Test also includes test provisioning support, including the maintenance of the Mission Operations Center (MOC) and Mission Support Center (MSC) shelters used for work activities at the AN/TPY-2 test site. RSTAC services will also include the operation and non-Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) sustainment for the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) representations for each sensor, along with laboratory facilities required for ground testing, SPMTs, and CDI testing. We are seeking to augment our current workforce with technical positions at multiple levels of experience to include: Radar System Analysts / Scientists / Subject Matter Experts, Radar Engineers, Radar Software Analysts, Radar Operators, Technicians, Quality Assurance Analysts, Data Managers, System Administrators, IT Engineers, Security staff, and Administrative staff. Selected candidates will be joining our Engineering Services (ES) Team in Huntsville, Alabama and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. Basic Qualifications: Most technical positions will require having a bachelors degree in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics, physical science, or computer science. However, some radar operator positions may only require high school diploma. Full-time work experience will be evaluated based on the positions that best fit your skillset. Years of experience can range from recent college graduate to 30 level of experience Subject Matter Expert (SME) You must possess or can obtain an active SECRET clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position. Lacking any one of these disqualifies you from this job.
