As a Delivery Driver, youll play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our valued patients. Beyond the wheel, your primary responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, efficiently loading and unloading vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process.Essential Functions:The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering more than just our cannabis products an experience, a smile, and reliability, is your gateway to making a tangible difference in our patients lives. Your key responsibilities include, but is not limited to the following:Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before departure, ensuring it meets safety standards for delivering goods.Pack and load products onto vehicles according to company specifications and requirements.Deliver timely and accurate goods to patients following set and established routes, ensuring effectiveness and promptness.Maintain consistent communication with the Dispatcher.Review deliveries with patients to ensure their ordered products meet their needs and obtain delivery confirmations from each patient.Collect cash payments from patients for each delivery in accordance with company policies and procedures.Operate the company vehicle safely and responsibly, maintaining a clean driving record within company guidelines.Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions as required to enhance skills and stay updated with company protocols.Serve as a company brand ambassador to represent the brand appropriately.Follow and implement the companys core values including respect, diversity, sustainability, research, and service.Adhere to iAnthus' cultural principles of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.This job description is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities.
