CIAM Developer 6 month Contract to Hire Hybrid (3 days on site) Unable to do C2C or provide sponsorship Brooksource is seeking an experienced CIAM Developer to join our team dedicated to Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) using the SAP Customer Data Cloud application. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a new supply chain visibility platform and ensure seamless and secure access for our B2B customers. Position Overview: As a CIAM Developer, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining enterprise CIAM solutions to support the access and authentication needs of our B2B customers. Working within the CIAM team, you will leverage your expertise in IAM technologies to set up single sign-on functionality, create login features, and understand customer identity and hierarchy requirements. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for customer identity and access management. Implement and configure single sign-on functionality for all B2B customers accessing our supply chain visibility platform using the SAP Customer Data Cloud application. Develop and maintain authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure secure access for users. Customize and extend the functionality of the SAP Customer Data Cloud application to meet specific needs Design and implement user authentication flows, identity federation, and multi-factor authentication solutions. Work closely with the CIAM team to understand customer identity and hierarchy requirements and ensure that the IAM solutions align with business objectives. Conduct thorough testing of IAM solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and security. Monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related issues, working closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM and CIAM, and propose enhancements and improvements to our CIAM infrastructure. Provide guidance and support to other members of the CIAM team and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience implementing enterprise CIAM solutions, with a focus on customer identity and access management. Experience working with the SAP Customer Data Cloud application or similar CIAM platforms. Strong understanding of authentication protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. Experience with web development technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, AngularJS). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
