Maintain knowledge and awareness of technological changes and advancements with advanced knowledge of network equipment design and implementation in a wide area network environment. Ensure that all cooperative computing resources are operational and available. Support all network, telecommunications, and mission critical systems, including Core and distribution switches, routers, packet and application firewalls, security servers, Wi-fi, VPNs, Verizons private network, security cameras and other misc. devices. Provide 24 hours a day / 7 days a week on-call support on a rotating basis. Coordinates the tracking and maintenance of software licenses and digital certificates. Participate in maintenance and implementation of NGEMC cybersecurity systems in partnership with Cybersecurity Administrator Participate in the creation, maintenance, documentation, and routine testing of the disaster recovery plan and incident response plan.
