Scrum Master

Overview BigBear.ai is seeking a Scrum Master to join our growing team to define and support our mission-critical applications for our DHS customer. The successful candidate(s) will provide support to the Agile Team by transforming client business needs into user stories that accurately capture functional requirements, will advocate for the client Product Owner, and will work proactively, collaboratively, and with an entrepreneurial spirit in providing O&M support (in the form of developmental engineering) to the customer and their Stakeholder communities in achieving their critical missions. What you will do Write user stories and document functional requirements using JIRA application Assign points for user stories Provide support and technical advice throughout Agile sprint cycles Engage with clients/users to define system scope and objectives Assist in validating enhancements to existing system Coordinating with developers and QA/test engineers What you need to have Bachelor's Degree and 8 to 10 years of experience Experience with scrum/agile project lifecycle approach to software development; experience developing Agile user stories for an IT mission system; Certification(s) - SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban Adept at problem-solving, troubleshooting, collaboration, time management, multi-tasking, and task-ownership; excellent oral and written communication skills Strong experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies; strong experience working with teams implementing and configuring DevOps solutions; proven track record as a self-learner, keeping current with the latest techniques (including automated testing and continuous integration) U.S. Citizenship Required What we'd like you to have Preferred Skills: 8 years of relevant experience; technical training, certification(s), or degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical discipline; strong experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies; strong experience working with teams implementing and configuring DevOps solutions; proven track record as a self-learner, keeping current with the latest techniques (including automated testing and continuous integration) About BigBear.ai BigBear.ai is a leading provider of AI-powered decision intelligence solutions for national security, supply chain management, and digital identity.
