Senior Financial Analyst - Consolidation
to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team, with the role based in Philadelphia. This is an amazing opportunity to work on financial interpretation, perform variance analysis, and assist with KPI management. Role reports into to the Senior Manager of FP&A. Join us!About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments...Bachelor's degree in business or finance2+ years financial reporting and/or project management working experienceMicrosoft products/add-ins (PowerPoint, Excel)It would be great if you also had...Reporting tool experience (Access, OneStream, Essbase, Hyperion (HFM), Workday)Experience with financial tools (i.e., OneStream, NetSuite, Tableau) for usage in analyses, forecasting, and budgetingConsolidation experience highly desiredWhat will you be doing in this role?Member of Corporate FP&A team, which provides partnership and financial consolidation support for FP&A leadership. Role will report into Senior Manager of FP&APreparation of excel-based or PowerPoint- based materials as part of financial reporting requestsRole will be heavily focused on preparation of materials for Board of Directors presentations as well as Monthly Business Reviews for Executive Leadership TeamRegular data entry and/or data downloads from financial tools (i.e., OneStream, NetSuite, Tableau) for usage in analyses, forecasting, and budgetingRegular partnership with central FP&A team for corporate deadlines, forecast and budget reviews, and variance analysisRoutine reviews of key spend areas, such as compensation costs/trends, vendor analysis, and other areas as relevant to ensure risks and opportunities are identified and communicated timelyPartnership with Controllership/Accounting to review journal entries, understand anomalies in data, and ensure clean financialsSupport team in ad-hoc analysis and tasks as requiredAbout the TeamThe Corporate FP&A team is comprised of over 15+ professionals globally. As a member of the consolidations and reporting team, you will collaborate with the finance leadership and the consolidations group to assist in reporting requirements and deliverables for the Executive Leadership team as well as Board of Directors. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A and provides the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other departments within Clarivate (external reporting, treasury, P2P, sales, etc.) You will be responsible for reporting and analysis efforts and standardizing/optimizing our reporting processes.Hours of WorkFull Time, EST time zoneThis is a hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in office in any of our Clarivate office locations#LI-hybridClarivate is an Equal Opportunity Employer Vets/Minorities/Women/Disabled
