Job Responsibilities
Lead a team of fullstack developers to design, develop, and deploy robust web applications and services.

Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring high code quality, best practices, and timely delivery.
Architect and implement complex systems, ensuring they are optimized for performance and scalability.
Drive continuous improvement in code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automation.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, and implement them where appropriate.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, security, and reliability.
Ensure that applications meet business requirements and are aligned with company goals.
RequirementsCandidate Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of experience with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Expertise in responsive design and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with frontend build tools and package managers like Webpack, NPM, or Yarn.
Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
Experience with backend frameworks like Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Proficiency in working with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
Expertise in database design, optimization, and management.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and deployment strategies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their services.
Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
