Enterprise Value Stream – Personal Care has 2 Director positions to fill with this requisition.
Director Enterprise Value Stream – BCC.
This includes global value streams for the sector platforms: Diapers (Open, Closed), Child Care (Youth, Training, Swim Pants), Baby & Child Care Wipes and Bath & Body.
Director Enterprise Value Stream – AFC.
This includes global value streams for the sector platforms: Sr. Incontinence Liners, Pads, Tampons, Sr. Incontinence and Feminine Care LBL.

Kimberly-Clark is looking for an ambitious, self-driven and talented individual to be responsible for end-to-end Value Streams strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation across the product lifecycle.
Role Accountabilities
Value stream optimization
Define sector strategy & detail advantaged actions and initiatives that can reduce cost and drive consumer value
Orchestrate ESC teams to advance, innovate and design for the sector value streams
Work closely with various departments of the business (e.g., Operations, R&D, Sales, and Marketing) to improve the overall VS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and create top level initiatives to drive end-to-end value stream for the sector
Translate business strategy to VS requirements
Drive robustness in make versus buy analysis with ECM and internal partners, while ensuring strong capital efficiency
Strong commercial partnership and understanding of the customers and consumers to ensure the supply chain can deliver as expected
Support sourcing strategy, ensure business continuity, and negotiation leverage
Define/manage definition of Target Condition and plan to achieve
Manage segment VS execution plan
Goal setting and performance management
Bring the outside in, ensure competitive understanding, industry benchmarks and global internal capabilities
Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the sector VS, including metrics related to cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction
Identify and mitigate risks within the VS, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
New product and process innovation
Drive the manufacturing technology advancement roadmap, understanding global asset capabilities and needs, tied to the innovation roadmap, the asset strategy and process advancements
Collaborate with R&D, Product Development and Capital Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new products/systems into the Value Stream

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in operations management within the CPG/B2B industry, with a proven track record of driving process improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Experience in end-to-end innovation cycles
Effective, consistent global communications and stakeholder management skills
Global operations experience, including familiarity with international manufacturing and supply chain practices
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and collaboration with segments and sectors globally
Occasional travel may be required to support the business (up to 10%)
