General InformationTell us about the units:· Shift –Monday-Friday 8-5pm· Number of Beds –hospital 99 IRF 10· Patient Ratios –· EMR –MedHost in-patient ReDoc outpatient· List typical procedures performed on units:· Acute SNF/Swing IRF outpatients· Pediatrics to geriatrics· REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:· Current NM license
Dress Code:· Scrub Color/Attire – scrubs any color or business casual
