We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional care in our Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).Position DetailsStart Dates: 11/04, 11/12Work Schedule: 36 hours per week, with the possibility of 48 hours upon requestOn Call: 4 call shifts in a 6-week scheduleWeekend Requirement: Every third weekendFloating: Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuityQualificationsCertifications Required: ACLS, BLSSkills Required:Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmiasPost Cardiac Surgery care (not directly from the OR)Assisting with Chest Tube Insertion/RemovalCare of Ventilated PatientsPacer/temp pacer/transvenous pacer managementSkills Preferred: Lumbar drainExperience: Minimum 2 years required, with at least 1 prior travel assignmentFacility InformationAverage Daily Census: 1-8 patientsTotal Staffed Beds/Rooms: 8Scrub Color: Navy BlueCharting System: Cerner/med connectCommunication: SBAR / shift noteMedication System: PyxisHealth Requirement: This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine.Talent Healthcare Staffing Inc Job ID #2666462.
